Who We Are

Perpetual Contractors Pte Ltd has to date, more than 40 years experience in the building industry. The Company started out modestly with a small office at Onan Road, Singapore, and was initially involved in tendering and doing civil engineering works for the statutory boards and the Government. As time passed by, the Company slowly diverted the core area of concentration and ventured into residential and remodelling projects. Our very first maiden project, 6 units of 2-Storey Terrace Dwelling Houses and 4 Units of 3-Storey Terrace Dwelling Houses at Lorong Melayu / Marzuki in Singapore were successfully completed in the early 1980s. From there, we begin our specialisation in building and construction of properties.

The Company's success over the years is due to its founder's excellent management skills and its employees' and subcontractors' dedication to three objectives: - excellent work performance, willingness to learn and customer services that exceeds expectations.
