Training and Employees Development

Albeit Perpetual Contractors Pte Ltd is a small medium sized enterprise, we believe in nurturing and 'building' our people.

As such, we send our people regularly to Building Construction Authority (BCA) Academy for training and upgrading. Our aim is to empower our employees to improve individually and this will inevitably improve the Company. To us, education and training sessions are quality investment for the Company. We teach skills, lean from one another, develop careers and build pride.
